Sourdough Recipes and Ideas please!! :)

So, I dont know how many of you have ever tried Sourdough bread, but from the store it is DELICIOUS!!!! I have tried, in vain, to make a successful sugar-free sourdough bread from scratch for months now! Tomorrow is another day! =) If at first you dont succeed... =)

I think I MAY have figured out the starter, but the bread is a whole other kettle of fish!!

So, PLEASE share your tips, tricks, recipes with me! I am dying to know what you have tried and how they worked out for you!!!
