Iced Cappuccino breakfast style Recipe (Hypoglycemia Diet Strict)

This was another one of those 'accidents' that I LOVE! :D
I was tired of my fruit smoothies, and needed some caffeine,  and so was born YUMMINESS! :D

2 raw eggs or protein equivalent
1/2 cup whipping cream (un-whipped)
4 ice cubes
1/2 tsp Decaffeinated coffee grinds (if not on diet, go ahead and use caffeinated!)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp caramel flavor
1 1/2 tsp Xylitol (or other favorite, healthy sweetener)

Blend well, serve! :D

Tip: Try making the chocolate variety by doing this:
Stir in separate bowl 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp cocoa, 1 tsp Xylitol, microwave for 40 seconds (ish) to melt the cocoa, stir well, add to shake. :) I am sworn off Chocolate for a few weeks, so please tell me how AWESOME this tastes please! :D

 Tip: About Decaffeinated coffee: There are 2 varieties. One is Decaffeinated through adding a bunch of chemicals TO the coffee, and one is decaffeinated using a Swiss Water Processing, where the Caffeine is taken OUT of the coffee with just beautiful, clean water! Please look for something like this picture. It usually will say right on the front packaging if it's been Decaffeinated with Swiss Water. now, you can enjoy the lovely taste without worrying about the health hazards of caffeine or the chemicals added to other brands to make it decaf!
