Sugar free pineapple upside down cake Recipe (not low carb)

In lieu of Tim's birthday yesterday, I thought it fitting to share this favorite recipe of my husbands =) he has asked for it every year since we got married a whopping 3 years ago, and in fear and trepidation, I made it sugar free, and success!! It worked! =) This one is from a couple recipes I found and liked, tweaked and made into pineapple upside down cake. YUMMMM! Prep Time: 15 mins Bake Time: 40 mins Click here for complete recipe :)

Moms one pan grilled veggies and chicken

Mom is making this as we speak and I'm all 😲😲😲 Who else loves grilled veggies?? And just grill the chicken right on top to add some flavor to the veggies?! Yes please! 😀 Amounts will vary based on the size of your veggies, here's what gets tossed together in a big bowl and goes onto a parchment lined cookie sheet: Potatoes Sweet potatoes 😍 Carrots Cauliflower Green pepper Onions Mushrooms (not added this time) 1/2 cup ish olive oil Seasalt Ground pepper Garlic powder These are what mom used Toss chicken thighs with same spices. Place on top of veggies. Bake at 400 for 40 mins ish. 🥰 Serve hot. What's your fav grilled veggies?

Desserts- Sugar free, most are low-carb :)
